CHALLENGE: Development of a central payment platform for the German finance industry and their subsequent operation as a from-the-ground-up “greenfield” project. As a payment service provider, the project is situated in a highly regulated environment subject to stringent government oversight.

 

OUR SOLUTION: Because of a lack of existing structures and processes, Senacor was hired as a general contractor to provide a variety of products and services as a one-stop-shop. In order to complete the project successfully on budget, on-time, and with the required quality Senacor decided to outsource several components to specialized business partners. In these case Senacor takes over integration and management and ensures contractual and regulatory compliance.
