CHALLENGE: The pace of change powered by social, technological, and economic trends in the finance industry is continually accelerating. In order to leverage these trends, finance companies need to be able to discern hypes from real changes and develop a capability of acting swiftly.
OUR SOLUTION: Design of a reproducible multi-workshop format for on-site, remote as well as hybrid settings. Their goal was to efficiently build-up knowledge and recognition of new trends throughout the entire organization, to analyze their impact on business areas, develop use cases, and to derive plans of action from it. To this end, eleven trend analyses with changing teams of experts were conducted.
