Digital transformation of organizations

To transform an established organization into a digitalized company is a complex task. Innovation pressure and ever more competition by digital revamping of delivery chains, product development, Marketing, etc. requires a fresh look at value chains. Organization consulting / organization development

Introduction of agile methods and frameworks such as SAFe

Working methods that originated with the software industry and start-up culture are more and more changing the way how organizations work. Agile principles (Agile Manifesto), methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.) and Tools (e. g. Atlassian Suite) turn out to be ever more efficient instruments. To roll-out these approaches across an entire organization is, however, a major challenge. Part of this is the establishing of agile frameworks (e. g. SAFe, LESS), for which Senacor has certified specialists. We have executed this form of organizational change in several companies of all sizes. Here, organization and employees are guided through the transformation process by means of agile coachings.

Post-Merger integration

A merger of organizational units is something like the supreme discipline of organizational change. It’s not uncommon that two organizations come together who are a good fit economically, and whose merger makes strategic sense, but who are downright disparate when it comes to their cultures. It is therefore a great challenge to support employees to adopt the new, common goals and work together in a co-operative and respectful way. Especially in the initial few months. Coaching and change management
