Contract offer


You can submit your application quickly and easily via our website. As soon as we have received your application, we will usually give you feedback within 48 hours. To ensure a fast turn-around, please make sure that you send us all the necessary documents that give us a complete overview of your career.


We will contact you to arrange an appointment for a phone call with one of your potential team members. If the phone call is positive for both sides, we will invite you to a recruiting day. In some cases, we may invite you to a recruiting day without a preliminary phone call.

The aim of the recruiting day is to give you an insight into your future role and Senacor in general, and to get to know you well – so we can evaluate on both sides whether we are a good fit for each other. On the recruiting day, you will meet two or three potential colleagues, each of whom will discuss project-related issues with you in a one-hour meeting. In addition, you will join a company presentation. We will also agree on a timeline for sharing feedback with you, to reflect on the interviews and discuss next steps. Usually this is two or three working days after your interview.

Contract offer

After the recruiting day, if it suits both sides, we will arrange a final interview, or discuss our contract offer with you directly. As soon as you have received our offer, the next working day you will also receive draft copies of all relevant contract documents by email. Nothing stands in the way of your start – you decide when, and at which location.
