CHALLENGE: The client dwells in a world fill of Excels and paper files used for mainly manual processing of loan applications of business customers. Process times were lengthy, with media gaps aplenty, which led to a high level of frustration with loan officers. The vision was to create a gapless digital workplace which is capable of digitally replicating the entirety of the previously error-prone and complex processes.
